Shipping Policy

To get the best possible rates, TexasJava.com has an  established partnership with the USPS using Priority Mail and UPS Ground and Fed Ex.

All shipping is now calculated based on weight and zip code. Just enter your zip code and choose the cheapest shipping method.

For the rest of this year, we are offering FLAT RATE shipping on all the items we sell regardless of weight. Most items will be shipped FedEx, some by way of the USPS.

Free shipping items will only be shipped by ground.

At this time, some of our non coffee items will only be shipped via UPS ground regardless of the shipping method you choose. In most cases we will absorb any extra cost associated with UPS.

Any Free shipping orders will be shipped with the carrier of our choice, usually UPS or FedEx

Many of our Chocolate products may be shipped Airmail overnight in special containers to avoid damage. Some of our Chocolates may be shipped from the manufacture to ensure quality and proper shipment to avoid melting

Some products on this web site may be dropped shipped if not in stock to expedite shipping.

At this time we only ship within the United States

Can I have my Coffee delivered to a PO Box?

Cancellation Process

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and order number. Most orders are shipped the next business day so there is no guarantee we can stop your order from shipping if you hesitate to contact us. If your order is shipped then we will make arrangements to have the items returned.

Return Process

To be able to return any item, you must first contact us with your customer information, order number and a reason why you would like to return your items. At that time, we will provide you with return instructions and arrange for a refund or exchange. See our FAQs page for more information.

Texas Java stands behind the quality of all our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange.

Starting in 2006 we will no longer refund shipping cost for returned or exchanged items
